Applications
SL1288 Plastic Bottle Servo-Driven IR Brushing Machine is a fully
automatic surface treatment equipment specifically designed for
plastic containers, with exceptional performance in handling
daily-use products like baby bottles, water kettles, and similar
plastic vessels.
Its targeted application covers a range of common plastic
containers: it excels in surface brushing treatment for baby
bottles (including those made of Tritan, PP, or PPSU, which require
strict safety and smoothness standards), water kettles (such as
portable PE or Tritan water bottles), and other plastic containers.
By leveraging servo-driven precision and IR-assisted technology, it
effectively removes burrs, polishes rough edges, and enhances
surface smoothness—critical for ensuring baby bottles meet
food-grade safety requirements (avoiding scratches that trap dirt)
and for giving water kettles a sleek, user-friendly finish that’s
comfortable to touch and easy to clean.
This model is suitable for printing various colors of thermosetting
inks on the surface of plastic round, oval, square bottles and cans
(e.g. feed bottles, water bottles).
The printing function of the machine is servo-driven, allowing easy
360-degree printing through digital control.
The machine is modular, with each module containing independent
screen printing and hot-air surface drying functions, and linear
combination connections for up to an 8-color integrated production
line.
After printing, the finished product enters an oven at a maximum
temperature of 120° and is baked by a robot for 10 minutes for
complete curing.
