• Plasma surface treatment (standard configuration is flame surface treatment):This module is designed to enhance the surface adhesion of containers, ensuring better ink bonding in subsequent printing. The plasma option uses high-energy particles to clean surface contaminants and activate material layers, while the standard flame treatment quickly improves surface tension with high-temperature flames, both adapting to different production needs.

• Bottle sorting machine:As a key pre-printing device, it automates the sorting and arranging of containers with various sizes and shapes. It uses optical recognition or size-sensing tech to separate bottle types and remove defective blanks, which saves manual labor and keeps the production line running smoothly.

• Quality inspection unit:It serves as a core part to ensure printed product quality, combining automatic visual detection and manual physical sampling. The visual system checks for printing issues like misalignment and color difference, and physical tests verify ink adhesion and wear resistance, helping reduce defective products effectively.
