Machine Feature

The machine is applicable for screen - printing UV inks of different colors, hot stamping, and other decorations on products like bottles, jars, caps, and items of other shapes. These products can be made of plastic, metal, glass, and other materials.

Adopting an integrated turntable design, the machine finishes all printing functions within the same set of fixtures. The printing accuracy can reach as high as ±0.1mm, and products won't get scratched.

Driven by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables 360 - degree printing of products. It's also equipped with remote management and service functions (Industry 4.0).
