• The machine adopts integrated turntable design with complete functions, the servo drives the front and rear registration and printing, ensuring precise positioning and stable operation during the processing process.

Optional Configuration

• Unscrambling & Feeding Machine: This device automatically organizes jumbled workpieces (e.g., plastic soft tubes) into an orderly arrangement and precisely conveys them to the next processing station, ensuring continuous and stable material supply for the entire production line.

• Plasma Surface Treatment Function: By generating low-temperature plasma to act on the workpiece surface, it efficiently eliminates contaminants like oil stains and dust while enhancing surface tension and adhesion—creating optimal conditions for subsequent printing or coating steps.
