Machine Features:
The fully automatic screen printer driven by CNC servo motor can
print 360 degree on plastic, glass, metal bottles, jars, caps of
various shapes (such as round, oval, triangle, square, pentagon,
etc.) with different colors of UV inks.
The bottle is rotated to different workstations in one fixture to
complete the functions of feeding, registration, surface treatment,
multi-color printing, UV curing and discharging. The printing
accuracy is high, the distance from printing pattern to bottom of
the bottle is small, and it is not easy to damage the surface of
the product.
UV curing can partially or fully adopt an LED-UV curing
system—compared with traditional mercury lamp UV systems, this
setup cuts energy consumption by about 40%-60%, as LED-UV only
emits targeted ultraviolet wavelengths without redundant heat loss.
It also avoids ozone generation during operation, meeting
low-carbon production requirements while achieving stable energy
savings.
The machine supports canceling one screen printing and UV curing
station, and retrofitting a hot stamping system (compatible with
metallic, holographic, and matte hot stamping foils) at the
original station position. This modification enables the machine to
complete screen printing and hot stamping in a single production
flow, eliminating the need for secondary workpiece transfer and
slightly improving processing efficiency.
The last screen printing and UV curing station can be replaced with
a finished product visual inspection system—equipped with
high-resolution industrial cameras and AI defect recognition
algorithms, the system can quickly identify issues like pattern
misalignment, incomplete curing, or surface scratches. After
workpiece discharging, it automatically separates qualified and
unqualified products via a built-in sorting mechanism, reducing
manual inspection workload and avoiding human judgment errors.
The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which
can remotely know or solve machine failures and technical problems
for customers as long as the network is connected anywhere.

Applications
SRS1669 CNCUV Screen Printing Machine is a CNC UV screen printing
