• Hot Stamping Function: It can create metallic or colored hot stamping effects on product surfaces. • Plasma Surface Treatment Function: It uses plasma technology to clean oil stains and impurities on the product surface and improve the surface tension of the substrate. • Visual Registration Function: With the help of a high-definition visual recognition system, it captures the product position in real time and automatically calibrates the alignment accuracy between the printed pattern and the substrate. • LED-UV Curing Function: It adopts an environmentally friendly and energy-saving LED-UV light source to quickly cure UV inks. • Finished Product Quality Inspection Function: It uses image comparison technology to automatically detect issues such as pattern clarity, color deviation, and defects of finished products.
