Application:
This machine is designed for pre-treatment of bottles before
printing. The flame cleans the surface of bottles and makes the ink
easy to adhere to the surface of plastic bottles. Mainly used for
PP and PE materials.
The equipment is mainly tailored for PP (polypropylene) and PE
(polyethylene) plastic bottles—two materials widely used in daily
chemical packaging (e.g., laundry detergent bottles, shampoo
bottles), beverage packaging (such as mineral water bottles, fruit
juice bottles), and food packaging (like edible oil plastic jugs).
These two materials inherently have low surface energy, making them
difficult to bond with conventional solvent-based or water-based
inks without pre-treatment. To adapt to different production needs,
the machine is also equipped with an adjustable flame intensity
knob and a height-adjustable bottle holder: it can match the
cleaning requirements of bottles with diameters ranging from 30mm
to 100mm and wall thicknesses of 0.3-1.2mm, ensuring consistent
pre-treatment effects across batches.
