Automatic Feeding System

Surface Treatment System

Plastic products generally need surface treatment before printing
to destroy the molecular structure of the surface and enhance the
adhesion of the printed pattern; there are two kinds of surface
treatment processes, one is flame treatment and the other is corona
treatment.
No Part No Print System and Adjustable Printing Head System
If the machine realizes that there is no product on the transfer,
the printing system will not work when the fixture reaches the
printing position.
Depending on the product, the printing head stroke and the angle of
the initial printing action can be adjusted to achieve the best
printing results.
UV Curing system / LED Curing system
Customers can choose different curing systems according to their
needs.
UV curing technology is mature, low lamp replacement cost, low
maintenance cost.
Compared with traditional high-pressure mercury lamps, LED curing
is characterized by soft light output, long life, energy saving,
safety and environmental protection, wide irradiation area, small
space occupation, and uniform light spot, etc. However, its
disadvantage is the high maintenance and replacement cost.
