Machine Feature
- This machine is ideal for screen printing UV inks of multiple
colors, hot stamping, and other decorative processes on bottles,
jars, caps, and other product shapes crafted from plastic, metal,
glass, and other materials.
- It features an integrated turntable design, where all printing
functions are carried out using the same fixture set. Its printing
accuracy reaches up to ±0.1 mm, and it ensures no scratches on the
products.
- Powered by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables
360-degree printing of products. It is also equipped with remote
management and service functions (aligned with Industry 4.0
standards).
- The machine utilizes electrical components from renowned brands,
along with a PLC control system, a user-friendly touch screen, and
a wireless tablet—all contributing to its reliable performance.
