- After the product printing is completed, it is discharged by a

Bottle Types & Materials: Compatible with plastic bottles/cans made
of various materials such as PET, PE, PP, and PVC. It works with
different shapes including round, oval, and square (e.g., feed
bottles, drinking water bottles).
Printing Requirements: Supports printing with thermosetting inks of
various colors, meeting diverse needs for surface decoration and
marking.
3. Key Technical Advantages
Servo-Driven Printing: Equipped with a servo-driven system and CNC
control, it enables easy 360° full-circumference precise printing.
This eliminates deviations from manual operations and improves
printing consistency.
Flexible Modular Combination: The machine adopts a modular design,
with each module integrating an "independent screen printing unit +
hot-air surface drying unit." It supports linear combination and
splicing, allowing the construction of up to an 8-color integrated
production line to expand production capacity and the number of
printing colors as needed.
Automatic Curing Process: After printing, finished products are
automatically transferred to the oven by the machine. With a
maximum oven temperature of 120°C, the products undergo 10 minutes
of automatic robotic baking, ensuring complete ink curing and
enhancing adhesion and durability.

What are UV curing and IR curing?
UV curing---ultraviolet curing or drying
IR curing---Infrared Radiation curing or drying
Ultimately UV and Infrared Curing are two unique applications that
are ideal at reducing curing times. They are both also highly
energy efficient. Infrared ovens do not have special coating
requirements as much as UV ovens do. However, infrared ovens may
not cure as rapidly as UV
